Connect with your cat or dog. Spend quality time together by giving your pet a massage, therefore improving your pet's circulation and mood. Kneading, stroking and circling work best.
Toss a slightly damp bath towel into the dryer for 10-15 minutes and drape it on your pet during chilly nights to help him fall asleep. The moist heat eases joint aches and improves flexibility. Better still treat him to his own small heated water bed. Made especially for dogs or cats.
