International Deliveries
For international orders we will calculate the freight and delivery costs and inform you via email before processing the order. When paying for the order you will need to add the frieight and delivery charges and once payment has been received we will process the order.
Australian Postage and Handling Costs
All items shipped by us within Australia are carried by Australia Post using their regular parcel postal service unless specified otherwise.
Postage is automatically calculated at the time of order for Australian Deliveries.

Charges will only apply to larger or heavier items and reflects the much higher shipping charges to areas such as Western Australia and the Northern Territory. All weight charges are calculated using cubic weight measurements as decided by Australia Post or appropriate courier services.

All Petbitat Products are Posted FREE of Charge within Australia and Internationally
For All other Pet Products, Postage is $9.95. Delivery is within 10-14 business days. For quicker delivery please contact us for an updated price.
All Naturapetics Products $5.50 by Express Post within Australia.
For Dog House Bakery Products, Postage within Australia is $9.50 regardless of the size of the order. For International orders please email tanya@pawsnclaws.com.au.
